職位 Position: 全職行政助理 Full-time Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Day to day service administration support, including service execution, member services, arts materials management, venue booking management, documentation, handling enquiries.

• Provide administrative support for Project Coordinator and Expressive Arts Therapists in running Expressive Arts Therapy mass community program, therapy groups and other daily services.

• Provide secretarial support to meetings scheduling and minutes taking.

• Assisting other clerical works and maintain daily center operation, including order office supplies and provide general support to visitors.

• Assist in tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirement:

• Associate Degree or above

• At least 1 years of working experience, experience of working in social service, arts or education sector is an advantage

• Commitment to company values

• Able to take responsibility and initiative and work independently

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to details and accuracy

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Proficiency in MS office and Chinese word processing

• Able to work for 44 hours per week during weekdays and seldom on weekends (flexible working hours)

職責：

* 中心日常治療服務的行政支援，包括服務安排及聯絡、會員服務、藝術物資訂購及管理、中心場地管理、文書紀錄及處理查詢。

* 為項目統籌和表達藝術治療師提供行政支援，協助籌備表達藝術治療的社區計劃、治療小組、個案和其他日常中心服務。

* 安排會議和處理會議記錄。

* 協助其他文職工作，維持中心的日常運作，包括訂購辦公用品和為中心來訪者提供支援。

* 支援其他由上司委派的工作。

學歷及其他要求：

* 持有副學士學位或以上

* 具有不少於 1 年工作經驗，有社會服務、藝術或教育領域工作經驗者優先

* 具有電腦操作知識包括 Microsoft word 、 excel及中文打字能力

* 有較强的解决問題的能力，注重細節和準確性

* 良好中英文讀寫能力

* 認同機構理念及服務價值

* 善於與人溝通，能自發獨立工作

* 每星期工作44小時，彈性工作時間（多數為周一至周五，間中或需周末上班）

【香港表達藝術治療服務中心 人才招聘 2023 】

We are looking for 1 full-time Expressive Arts Therapist who is interested to join the HKEXAT family in serving the community with organising Expressive Arts Therapy community program, providing Expressive Arts therapy group and case services.

Position: Expressive Arts Therapist (Full-time Contract-based)

Responsibilities:

• To performs duties and responsibilities as required as a member of the HKEXAT Treatment Team in delivering direct service users’ care services.

• To conduct holistic and comprehensive assessment along with other team members.

• To provide therapeutic groups and cases service.

• To organise expressive arts therapy community program and mental health community education related services.

• Document service users’ progress to maintain records according to established methods and procedures.

• Perform program management and administrative duties required to prepare for the community Expressive Arts Therapy program
 

Requirements:

• A Master's degree or above in expressive arts therapy

• Must be licensed or certified to work in the field, abide by a code of ethical and practice standards and be committed to a process of lifetime knowledge and skills development.
