Position : Project Coordinator (Full-time) 

Responsibilities:

* To plan, organise and execute Expressive Arts Therapy programs

* To provide administrative support for Expressive Arts Therapists in running Expressive Arts Therapy mass community program, therapy groups and other daily services 

* To participate in ongoing innovative service development and promotion 

* To maintain daily center operation, handling service users’ and coordinating parties’ enquiries

* Ad-hoc duties that required by management

Requirement:

* A Bachelor's degree in the disciplines related to Social Sciences, Arts or Education is preferred

* At least 2 years of working experience, experience of working in social service, arts or education sector is an advantage

* Commitment to company values

* Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to details and accuracy

* Able to take responsibility and take initiative, and work independently

* Excellent planning, organization and multitasking skills

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

* Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese

* Empathetic, detail-minded, flexible, creative and enthusiastic about serving the community with Expressive Arts Therapy

* Proficiency in computer skills, skills of managing social media and MS office

* Ability of handling design software is an advantage

* Able to work for 44 hours per week during weekdays and some weekends (flexible working hours)
