表達藝術治療體驗工作坊 A Taste of Expressive Arts Therapy


(please scroll down for English) 這個兩小時的工作坊將會分為兩部分。在第一部分,「自我揭示劇場」(Self-Revelatory Theatre)《想 · 點》的創作人張雅麗(Annie Cheung)將會演出其作品選段,並分享這個戲劇創作及演出如何幫助她面對自己的心理困擾,改善抑鬱的狀況,與及此劇如何在大眾提倡精神健康。

第二部分的工作坊將會由註冊藝術(表達藝術)治療師鄧智珊(Canna Tang),引導參加者以「圓圈畫」的藝術創作,認識自己當下的情緒及心理狀況。參加者不需任何藝術創作經驗,我們希望以小組工作坊的形式,讓參加者體驗藝術創作如何達到治療效果,包括學習觀察自己的內在和怎樣釋放壓力等,並淺嚐藝術創作的樂趣。

This 2-hour Expressive Arts Therapy workshop will be divided into two sessions. In the first session, Annie Cheung, the writer, director and performer of DOTS, a Self- Revelatory performance, will showcase an excerpt from her show, and share how creating and performing this Self-Revelatory performance helps her face her mental ill-health, aids her recovery from depression as well as how this show promotes mental wellness in the general public.

In the second session, Canna Tang, a registered arts (expressive arts) therapist, will guide participants to gain awareness of their emotions and psychological condition through circle painting. No prior experience in making arts is required from the participants. Through this group therapy workshop, we hope the participants can experience the therapeutic benefits through artistic creation, such as learning how to observe their inner-self and release their stress while having the fun in creating their own artwork.

鄧智珊 Canna Tang

香港表達藝術治療服務中心創辦人,註冊藝術(表達藝術)治療師,香港大學表達藝術治療碩士 (優異)及香港中文大學心理學學士。

Canna主要為精神及情緒病患者、受創傷困擾的人士、特殊學習需要兒童、受情緒及精神困擾之青少年、認知障礙症長者、智障人士及癌症患者等有需要之使用者提供個別治療及/或小組治療的服務。Canna擅長以戲劇、舞動等藝術媒界進行介入,獨創名為「表達藝術治療導向劇場」的編作、表演及治療模式,將表達藝術治療中的多元藝術介入及理念融入劇場演出,創造具治療性質的互動觀賞及藝術創作平台。

Canna另為戲劇導師、編舞及舞台表演者,曾擔任香港話劇團、香港戲劇教育工作室、香港善導會、保良局等機構及各區中小學的戲劇及/或編舞導師,並於2013及2014連續兩年擔任香港教育學院及城巴、新巴舉辦社區戲劇藝術活動《Arts Bus: On the Move!》的專業顧問。


張雅麗 Annie Cheung

香港女演員。現任香港浸會大學電影學院專業應用副教授。前香港話劇團全職演員及香港電視藝員, 曾參與超過 40個劇場及影視製作。憑演繹《聖訴》Mrs. Muller一角獲提名第二十二屆香港舞台劇獎最佳女配角。

《想 · 點》是張雅麗首個自編自導自演的「自我揭示」獨腳戲,於2018及2019年間以英語劇目DOTS在倫敦二度公演。2021年5月,Annie 獲Singapore Drama Educators Association 的邀請,參與SDEA Theatre Arts Conference,以線上串流形式播出2019年於倫敦的演出;同年6月,DOTS 再獲邀為屢獲殊榮的紐約外百老匯劇團Pan Asian Repertory Theatre NuWorks 2021戲劇節演出(線上)。2022年5月,Annie獲卑詩大學邀請遠赴溫哥華演出兩場英語場次及一場廣東話場次,並出席演後研討會,與一眾學者、劇場工作者、戲劇治療師及觀眾探問「自我揭示」獨腳戲的潛能與挑戰。

A Hong Kong actress. Currently the Associate Professor of Practice at the Academy of Film of the Hong Kong Baptist University. A former full-time actress at the Hong Kong Repertory Theatre and a former artiste at HKTV with over 40 credits in theatre and screen productions. Nominated for the Best Supporting Actress at the 22nd Hong Kong Drama Awards for her performance as Mrs. Muller in Doubt: A Parable.

DOTS is the first Self-Revelatory solo performance written, performed and directed by Annie. It was staged twice in London during 2018-2019. In May 2021, Annie was invited by Singapore Drama Educators Association to attend the SDEA Theatre Arts Conference and share her London performance online. In June 2021, DOTS was selected to be featured in NuWorks 2021, an online theatre festival launched by an award-winning Off-Broadway theatre company in New York, Pan Asian Repertory Theatre. In May 2022, Annie was invited by the University of British Columbia to perform DOTS in Vancouver, with two shows performed in English and one show performed in Cantonese. The post-performance seminars provided the opportunities for Annie and other scholars, theatre practitioners, drama therapists and audience in the general public to explore the potential and challenges of Self-Revelatory solo performance.
