工作坊簡介:

你有多久未曾與自己的身體好好相處?


在繁忙的生活節奏中,疲倦和情緒堆積在身體中,


又未來得及處理,身體感受往往會變得麻木。


在工作坊內,一起透過舞動、聲音、視覺藝術等方式,重新感受及整理身心。在這個空間和時間,容許我們來做自己及他人最好的夥伴。

“My Body My Buddy” Self-care and Mutual Support Workshop


Workshop Description:

How long have you not spending time to get along with your body?


Soaked in busy schedule, tiredness and emotions may accumulated in our body. Our sensitivity of body sensation may become weaker if we ignore those feelings.


In this workshop, let us recharge and reset our body and mind through dance & movement, sound, visual art and other art forms. “We” shall be the best buddy for ourselves and others.
